😷 We are screening all patients for COVID-19 symptoms and implementing strict hygiene, sanitising and disinfection procedures to keep our community safe. All clinical staff and patients are wearing masks.
Currently attending patients who need advice and updating exercises can contact us by emailing email@example.com and our physio will call you back. This follow up advice over the phone is free of charge. You are welcome to use it.
We are offering Telehealth consultations for niggly injuries, addressing and updating exercises or ergonomic advice, pain and disabilities management.
This is a consultation through an online video link for around 40 to 45 minutes. It includes PhysiApp to your smartphone and 1 week follow up through in-App messaging.
In this online consultation, we will assess your injury or condition, verify the causes, and provide injury management, injury prevention, ergonomic advice and a customized rehabilitation program to help you to recover as quickly as possible.

Watch this space for further updates and please do your bit by self isolating. Wash your hands regularly, avoid touching you face, self isolate if sick, keep 1.5 m minimum from others, keep healthy, eat well and exercise. We need to work together to overcome this crisis. Stay safe everyone.
