This means special rates for eligible Medibank, Bupa, NIB, Qantas, AAMI, Suncorp, APIA, IMAN, Australian Health Plans, United Healthcare Global, GU Health, and ING Health members.

• HICAPS Convenience: Altona Physio offers HICAPS on-the-spot rebates, ensuring a hassle-free and quick claims process for private health insurance holders.

• Other Insurance Schemes: Altona Physio welcomes WorkCover*, TAC*, ComCare*, Veteran Affairs*, NDIS, Age Care and Medicare* Chronic Disease Management Plan patients. While some services may require a referral from your treating GP, we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. 

• Medicare Item 10960: Altona Physio does not offer bulk billing as a standard practice. Bulk billing is solely at the discretion of the treating physiotherapist, and exceptions are rare. However, we always strive to support eligible patients in receiving the best care possible.
